Operating principles of LeadsVault — what we promise, what we expect.

Marketplace Rules

Leads are listed only after admin verification. Each lead is sold once. Sharing or reselling unlocked contacts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

Purchase Policy

Unlocking a lead costs exactly 1 credit. Credits are non-transferable. Ensure sufficient balance before unlocking.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds are issued only in cases of verified duplicate or fraudulent listings, at admin's discretion.

Privacy Policy

Lead contact data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the purchasing member is granted access to a lead's contact details.

User Guidelines

Conduct outreach respectfully. Honor opt-outs. Do not impersonate, spam, or pressure leads. Maintain operator-grade standards.

Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent purchase attempt, credit manipulation, or account sharing results in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.
